SS850 Band Sealer
SS850 Rotary Band Sealer Machine with SSC440 Conveyor
This sealer is well suited to sealing bags with weights up to 1 kg.
The pinch roller on this model allows for both types of fin seals on and between side gussets, as well as stand-up pouches.
With variable speed to over 475 ipm. and temperatures up to 550°F the sealer can be set to accommodate various needs.
The mechanicaly linked conveyor supports bag weight above 1 kg.

SS1500 Heavy Duty Band Sealer
This Heat Sealing System is equipped with two heating zones, is well suited to bag packing weights of 4.5 kg (10 lb.) and the heavy-duty design allows years of reliable service. The conveyor is approximately 5’ in length by 4 ½” wide.
The SS1500 does not trim the top of the package, with the addition of the bag guide rails, the seal will be similar it the edge seals of the pouch and be ½” wide

SS2525 Heavy Duty Large Sack Sealing
The SS2525 Band Sealer Machine with conveyor is designed for large bag packaged products used in the pet food industry or various flour or grain packaging.
These machines work very well with filling and bag/sack placing lines. They are probably your best solution for your heavy duty seal and trim application.
