Fully Automatic Weigh Filling with the means of inline weigh filling equipment or combination scales.

This system features a 3 Lane Scale with automatic bagger and exit conveyor. Speeds of up to 35 bags per minute can be realized depending on size bags, product type and and weight of fill.
Sugar, lentils, powders, nuts, garlic, ginger roots, berries to name a few products can be packaged with this set-up.
Product blends can also be set-up. Bag width can reach to 9" with the 80V or 12" with the 130V. Standard accuracy of fill is 1/2% or better.


Combination Scales are the fastest way for supplying automatic baggers with product. Depending on the amount of buckets and the type of product, a speed of up to 80 bags per minute is realistic.

 

Filling Powder (s) can be done with a bulk fill system or "bag in the box" set-up. This system is filling powder into a box and features a Metal Detector and conveyor underneath.
