With the top labeler Model APEL40 we think we have achieved this again. A top labeler needs two components equally important. Label head and conveyor. Success is only achieved if both work together. A top labeler can be pushed on an existing conveyor and might just work fine. But if you connect the label head with the conveyor, you now have a top labeler that is solid, sturdy and easy to use.

Why is this top labeler so special you ask?
Well perhaps it is not special but as top labelers go, this is a pretty good one. It is built with a solid frame supporting the top labeler. The conveyor has a low profile driven by a 1/4HP DC gear motor with an endless conveyor belt. The Avery Dennison label head has all the features you need and all the features you haven't even thought of you could need. Ideally, everyone would buy a top labeler like a cookie cutter. All the same size and speed for the same sort of project. Well, that is not our world and surely that is not your world.

So you can have us customize the conveyor width, conveyor length, top labeler speed and top labeler label width. We can add a second top labeler onto the system for zero down time performance or for a second label to be applied. This top labeler can be modified to have the label applied on the leading edge of the package or to be wiped onto the trailing edge or both.
